Farid founded Xyfon Solutions in 2004 with an initiative to provide managed IT services to small & medium sized businesses in Vancouver. Xyfon has since grown to a key player in Canada offering an array of IT solutions to small, medium and enterprise companies. Farid is a business savvy professional and also a geek at heart, as he understands customer's needs and challenges they may face while expanding their business.

With extensive background in the IT industry working for fortune 500 companies, he leads a team of professionals with implementing and managing custom tailored solutions for its current and prospective customers. Farid is deligent in assuring that the team at Xyfon deliver the best customer service and solutions to its customers.Farid is an avid photographer, soccer fanatic, philanthropist and travel junkie.

Don Fitzsimmons | Client Solutions Executive

Don has an extensive background in technology sales assisting clients solving the challenges of connecting to the online world. Always providing the critical link bridging engineering teams and client objectives. The goal is ensuring a clear understanding while guaranteeing successful project outcomes. Don is an avid skier & hockey fan - has lived in both Switzerland and Australia (and needless to say, loves to travel).

Stephanie Macpherson | Operations Manager

Stephanie is a graduate from Simon Fraser University with a BA in Geography. She has been with Xyfon Solutions for over two years and has 5 years of experience in business administration. Stephanie is outgoing and a results-oriented professional who focuses on improving efficiency of operations and systems that optimize productivity. She is a food enthusiast, an avid traveller and frequent movie-goer. Her position at Xyfon Solutions coincides with her growing interest in technology and strong organizational skills acquired through years of University and past work experience.
