We all experienced this error with Simply Accounting – “Someone else is already using the program under this name. Please use another username and or try again later”. This is caused by previous sessions not closing properly on the clients side.

Issue: Simply Accounting is installed and able to open the data locally. The Data installed on the server cannot be accessed. When opening the data file on the server, the connection does not get established or there is a network time out.
